Ice cream is a wonderful dessert, specially when yous've cooked a large dinner and don't want to give any extra attempt to the sweet at the end. There are so many practiced small-batch water ice creams, and you can always add a dollop of a quick sauce (similar this Oreo hot fudge sauce!) for a bootleg touch.
But I oft forget to take the water ice foam out to soften, and afterwards spend 10 minutes hacking its hard surface, excavation out scoops to serve anybody as quickly equally possible. And at a birthday party, especially i with picayune ones clamoring for their cake and ice cream? Besides much work!
If I recall in fourth dimension, I like to pre-scoop ice cream, and then put cups back in the freezer to be brought out for dessert. It's just so stress-free — a really nice way to make things easier for yourself at the terminate of a meal.
